Douglas A-26 Invader Aircraft (Miss Murphy 202)

Description from Wikipedia:  The A-26 Invader (B-26 between 1948–1965) was a twin-engined light attack bomber, built by the Douglas Aircraft Co. during World War II, that also saw service during several of the Cold War’s major conflicts.

I saw this on my ride home and had to stop and take a couple photos. Can you believe I didn’t sneak a part of my motorcycle in one of the pics?

This Douglas A-26 Invader was parked on the ramp behind the Commemorative Air Force Aircraft Museum in Mesa, Arizona.

  1. I thought about the missing motorcycle part…and it came to me. The airport is a secure place. Even the small municipal airports have heavier security.
