While at the Laughlin River Run, I decided to take a look at Don Laughlin’s Automobile Collection.  It’s located at the Riverside Resort and Casino.  Here’s a few photos.

I didn’t take very many photos this year at the Laughlin River Run.  I’ve been here several times over the years, and for some reason taking photos wasn’t high on my priority list this time.

Anyway, here’s a few I took with my cell phone.

Another Patch for the Vest

Another patch added to my vest.  I’m almost out of room.  Over the years I’ve added, removed and replaced various patches, keeping the ones that mean the most to me.

Anyone else have a motorcycle vest that they’re proud of?  I’ve spent quite a few years adding to mine.  Maybe in another post I’ll show the different patches on the front & rear and their significance to me.  Each patch brings back memories.  Kind of like going back through my motorcycle journal that I’ve keep over the years on my trips.  Lots of good memories.

Buddy Stubbs Motorcycle Museum in Arizona

I took a ride over to Buddy Stubbs Motorcycle Museum today.  I’ve been wanting to go here for quite a while and finally found the time to do it.  This display has 35 different Motorcycle Manufacturers on display.  I don’t know how many motorcycles there were, but a at least a few hundred.

Buddy Stubbs Arizona Motorcycle Museum is worth stopping by if your in the area.  It’s located inside the dealership just to the left as you enter the building.  A very nice selection to look at.  I heard one of the employees say the oldest motorcycle on display is from 1918.

Scottsdale AZ Harley-Davidson

I took a ride out to Scottsdale Harley-Davidson today to see their new dealership.  This place is Huge!  Here’s a few photos.  They had some custom military themeed motorcycle on display.  Each one was in the price range of $51,000!  Now that’s a lot of money even for a Harley-Davidson!

Color and B&W Photo of my Harley-Davidson 2015 FLHTK

Experimenting with my camera today.  I kind of like the black and white for a change instead of color.  I had Harley’s detachable tour-pak conversion kit installed.  It’s like riding a completely different bike with the Tour-Pak removed.  It’s like having a Street Glide and a Limited now!

One color and one in black and white.  I can’t decide which one I like best!

Detachable Tour-Pak Conversion Kit

Posted in Motorcycles with tags , , , , , , on May 3, 2015 by DRF

I had my local dealer install Harley-Davidsons Detachable Tour-Pak Conversion Kit.

Here’s a photo with the Tour-Pak on the bike.

Photo of the Tour-Pak removed and 2 Mustang Seats installed.

Final photo with a small detachable luggage rack installed.

Looks like a Street Glide with the Tour-Pak removed.  When I take another trip, I can put it all back on in about 5 minutes.
